Description

• Ismaili coffee is produced in Manakhah District – Isolat Bani Ismail – Sana’a Governorate. It is grown on mountain terraces and in valleys at an altitude of 1700-2500 meters above sea level.

Types: Al-Dawari, Al-Jaadi, Al-Tuffahi, and Al-Adeni.

Production method: The coffee is dried under the sun on the roofs of houses and in modern dryers.
• Its characteristics: A very luxurious coffee, through which you can taste the taste of dried fruits, such as tamarind, strawberries, apricots, and chopped bananas, and you will find dark cocoa flavors and the flavor of wild fruits, in short, it is the coffee of princes and kings.
