Al-Bura’i coffee is produced in Baraa District – Al-Hodeidah Governorate, and is grown on mountain terraces at an altitude of 1400-2200 meters above sea level.
Its types are: Al-Dawri, Al-Tuffahi (mostly), Al-Adini, and Al-Jaadi.
Production method: Coffee is dried on the rooftops of houses using modern dryers.
Characteristics: A luxurious coffee, in which you can taste the flavors of melon, cocoa and vanilla, and it is characterized by low caffeine and high sugars and fats.
