​​​​• Al-Matari coffee is produced in Bani Matar District – Sana’a Governorate, and is grown on mountain terraces and in valleys at an altitude of 1700-2800 meters above sea level.

• Its types: Al-Dawari (mostly), Al-Tuffahi and Al-Adini.

Production method: The coffee is dried under the sun on the roofs of houses and in modern dryers.
