Coffee source and geographical area: Harazi coffee is produced from Manakhah District – Sana’a Governorate, and is grown on mountain terraces and in valleys at an altitude of 1700-2500 meters above sea level.
Production method: dried coffee under the sun on the roofs of houses and in modern dryers.
